Blue Blanket Improv (BBI) is the Coastside's nonprofit improv comedy troupe. The Wine Bar in Harbor Village is Half Moon Bay's top wine tasting bar. On Saturday, July 24, these two local favorites join hands for a night of laughing and drinking -- all in the name of higher education and local performing arts.

Headlining the Wine Bar's "Harbor Humor" night, BBI will be performing a two-hour set of improvised comedy to raise money for the Blue Blanket Improv Performing Arts Scholarship, the troupe's annual college scholarship. All revenue from the door goes to the BBI scholarship fund.

The Wine Bar is hosting Harbor Humor night as part of its campaign to establish a thriving comedy scene on the Coastside. Featuring some of the best local wines from the Santa Cruz Mountains and a choice selection of delicious Coastside foods, The Wine Bar has the ambience, the flavor, and now the comedy to make evenings relaxing and fun.

Doors open at 7:00 PM; Blue Blanket Improv hits the stage at 8:00 PM. This is an adults-only event (21 years and over). No-drink minimum. Admission is $10.
